Event Policies and Notifications

Course Cancellation:

Requests for transfer or cancellation must be received in writing
(please email info@vesperinstitute.com).

30+ days prior:

If a cancellation request is received at least 30 days prior to the scheduled course date, a course’s registration fees may be refunded (or transferred to another course) without penalty — one time only.

30 – 15 days prior:

Requests for cancellation received between 30 and 15 days prior to the course, will be issued a CREDIT for the cost of the course.

That credit — an amount (equal to the cost of the originally scheduled course) to be used on future Vesper Institute courses/events — will be issued to the payer of the course. The credit, however, may be used by that same individual or transferred to another individual (dentist, hygienist, office admin, team member, etc.).

That credit will be valid for one (1) year from the date of the course for which they were registered. It is the responsibility of credited individual (NOT Vesper Institute) to keep track of when the credit expires.

Upon request, a refund will be provided, minus a $50.00 non-refundable admin fee.

14 – 0 days prior:

Requests for cancellation received between 14 & 0 (i.e. the day of the event) days prior to the course will be issued a CREDIT for the cost of the course, minus a $100.00 non-refundable admin fee.

That credit — an amount (equal to the cost of the originally scheduled course) to be used on future Vesper Institute courses/events — will be issued to the payer of the course. The credit, however, may be used by that same individual or transferred to another individual (dentist, hygienist, office admin, team member, etc.).

That credit will be valid for one (1) year from the date of the course for which they were registered. It is the responsibility of credited individual (NOT Vesper Institute) to keep track of when the credit expires.

Upon request, a refund will be provided, minus a $150.00 non-refundable admin fee.

Attendee/ Model Release:

I give & grant Vesper Institute, LLC (D.B.A. “Vesper Institute”) and its affiliates, their successors, and any person acting under its permission and authority (hereinafter called “Vesper Institute”), the unqualified right, privilege, and permission to reproduce in every manner or form, publish, and circulate videotapes, video footage, films, photographs, and transparencies of me and my property, and recordings of my voice, arising out of (details on shoot/recording session, location, name of photographer/studio; intended use of images/recording, and I hereby grant/assign, and transfer to Vesper Institute all my rights and interest therein. I agree that all such portraits, pictures, photographs, and/or reproductions thereof, and plates and negatives connected therewith, are and shall remain the property of Vesper Institute.

I specifically authorize and empower Vesper Institute to cause any such videotapes, films, photographs, and transparencies of me and my property, and recordings of my voice to be copyrighted or in any other manner to be legally registered in the name of Vesper Institute and for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby remise, release, and discharge Vesper Institute for and from any and all claims of any kind whatsoever on account of the use of such videotapes, films, photographs, and transparencies of me and my property, and recordings of my voice, including but not limited to any and all claims for damages for libel, slander, and invasion of the right of privacy.

I am of lawful age and sound mind, and have read and understand this Authorization and Release.
