OVERVIEW

Background & Bio

Dr. Moser considers himself more than a clinician. His 25+ years in dentistry created a wealth of knowledge that he knows has value to others.

He graduated from The University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio, Dental School in 1990 and completed a General Practice Residency in Hartford, Connecticut.

Dr. Moser owned multiple practices before taking a position as the Dental Director for a fast-growing DSO in Houston. Daily duties included the oversight of 40+ associate dentists and over 200 team members. Dr. Moser was on the front lines of two exit events.

In March 2018, Dr. Moser became a key member of the DEO team. He currently serves as a DEO M.A.P. Implementor and executive coach for dental CEOs and multi-practice owners.

Dr. Moser became a Certified Speaker Trainer and Coach for the John Maxwell team as well as an Approved KOL for Dentsply Corporation. He spent over a year as an in-office consultant with the Fischer Professional Group and currently serves as a claims reviewer for United Health Care’s Medicaid division in the state of Texas.

He is an event emcee and keynote speaker and believes leadership is the key to success and happiness.
