Armed with 25 years of experience in the dental industry, Joy Cooper has emerged as a leading voice in the world of dental-specific education.

Initially focusing on the clinical side of dentistry, Joy began her career as a registered dental hygienist. She then expanded her focus to include the business-related elements of the industry, earning her MBA while working for P&G.

As her skillset continued to evolve, Joy worked with a number of dentistry’s leading companies (Air Techniques, OraPharma, Oral-B, IDS implants, Implant Direct, and The Levin Consulting Group — to name a few).

Having worked in multiple segments and disciplines within the industry — ranging from clinical dentistry & dental education to dental sales, consulting, and marketing — Joy has amassed a truly remarkable amount of domain knowledge.

She is now pouring that expertise, wisdom, & industry “know-how” into her role as President of the Vesper Institute and working to elevate dentistry through powerful, insightful, game-changing education.
